Our goal is to create an emotional connection between the prospective buyer and the staged home for sale.  This results in fewer days on market and higher sell prices.

Full Stage

We stage every room in the house to ultimate satisfaction.  Bedrooms, Living, Entry, Study, Bathrooms, Dining and Outdoors.  We make an empty house feel like a warm and loved home, allowing the buyer to envision themselves there.

Partial Stage

We blend into your existing home with a stylish contribution making your house more saleable.  This might include bed linen, a new couch, plants and artwork.  It depends on the need however partial staging using some of the customers furniture is an efficient and effective way to prepare a house for sale.

Get Staged is a family owned and run business operating on the Mornington Peninsula in South East Victoria, an hours drive from the Melbourne CBD.  Business Owners Terri and Andrew are passionate about Coastal Property and the Mornington Peninsula Real Estate Market.

Having lived and worked on the Mornington Peninsua for two decades buying and selling real estate, they honed their skills by staging their own properties.  Noticing a difference between the cookie cutter staging job and a more personalised approach with an emphasis on carefully selected furniture, placement and delightful accessories, plants and artwork.
